Charging electric cars in apartments is possible where the block manager understands the process and is willing to progress it.
Given that the Government is banning the sales of new Petrol and Diesel cars from 2030 this is now the time for Block managers to plan for chargers for their parking spaces. It’s similar to the situation they previously encountered with Broadband internet and Cable TV. It will make the property more attractive to potential buyers and renters. Just like hotels in 1924 advertised having “Electric light throughout”.
The alternative could be a very messy situation if residents have a dedicated parking space.
