Servicing cost for Electric cars are dramatically lower than for Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) due to the number of moving parts. An ICE car has one hundred more moving parts. The brakes in an Electric car get far less wear as the motor is the primary means of slowing the car and acts as a generator, see Regenerative braking. Of course, many items, e.g. tyres are the same and then there is the battery to consider.
