Google Maps
If you don’t have a driveway, but need to charge an Electric car, firstly check what chargers are local to you. Google maps is the simplest way, just search for ‘charger’. Ensure that they offer the appropriate socket for your car’s charging plug.
Community charging
There are some services which provide information and booking at local chargers which can include those of neighbours.
Other charging options
Various businesses, such as Supermarkets, are providing charging facilities. Just take a look at Google maps as mentioned above
Contact your Council
If there isn’t one near your home, the next step is to contact your local council to learn their plans for developing on-street and car park charging facilities. The Government provides funding for them to increase the number of chargers.
