AN ELECTRIC vehicle charging app is set to expand and launch in the UK as it aims to revolutionise the UK’s EV charge point infrastructure. The app integrates with more than 20 of the UK’s popular charging brands, reducing the risk of drivers being caught out of range of a branded charge point.
“In a survey, around 40 per cent of people said they weren’t comfortable with the charging infrastructure”.

Monta, a Danish tech start-up, believes it can help accelerate the rollout of EV charging point infrastructure in the UK. Its app connects private business owners with charge point installers to provide additional stations, while homeowners can also get on board by installing and renting out private charging points to neighbours and local drivers.
